We now intend to undertake the Financials Activities such as to carry on the business of Non Banking Financial Company, Investment activities., Micro Finance lending etc. and to act as Financiers with the objects of financing Industrial Enterprises, or any banking business as defined under the Banking Regulations Act,1949 subject to the provisions of the Act and directives issued by the Reserve Bank of India.
